Race pack collection is at Sofia Expo Center (Hall 3) on Saturday, June 14th from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Limited collection is also available on race morning (5:30-6:30 AM) at the start area, but we strongly recommend Saturday collection to avoid stress.

Yes! We have neutral support vehicles from Shimano on course, plus mechanical assistance at all feed zones. They can help with basic repairs (flat tires, minor adjustments). However, we recommend carrying your own spare tube and basic tools just in case.
